I am writing this letter of reference for Mayfair Building Services. Kodak Graphic Communications Canada Co. presently manages 4 properties in Vancouver with a mixed portfolio of research, light industrial and office buildings totaling approximately 500,000 sq/ft. We have employed Mayfair Building Services during the past fourteen years in various maintenance areas. They have performed scheduled janitorial services, executive suite cleaning and construction clean ups. They have also been responsible for cleaning specialty labs and clean room environment.
The owner Nick Chohan is very involved in each property to make sure that the individual specifications for each property are completed in a first class manner. Follow-up is very thorough, and any oversights have always been corrected immediately.
